History of the Super Baltars:

The Super Baltar Lenses by Bausch & Lomb are amongst the most famed lenses around. The line was released in 1966 and improved upon the priorly released original Baltars. Furthermore, they were amongst the first lenses to be optimized for color photography. However, perhaps it was their credits that made these lenses so famous. The Super Baltars were used to shoot the legendary “The Godfather” and ‘The Godfather II” amongst other blockbuster films.
