Description
The ARRI Pro Cine Set for Sony BURANO provides advanced, cage-based support that readies your BURANO camera for cine-style capture. This lightweight set includes a 15mm LWS bridge plate, a BPA-5 adapter plate, a cage, a CCH-4 top handle, a NATO rail clamp, a rod console, an RMB-3 bracket, and a 15mm reducer. Use the included 9.4″ pair of 15mm rods to mount a lens support bracket and 15mm rod-based accessories. The bridge plate features anti-twist locating pins that keep your camera from skewing when assembled on the plate. Read more below about each item in this kit.
The Top Mounting Plate for Sony BURANO from ARRI provides a variety of accessory mounting options while maintaining support for a top handle. This cheese plate features a detachable center that can be removed to accommodate a Sony BURANO, Sony FX9 (includes height adjustment), or ARRI CCH-4 top handle. It incorporates multiple M4 and anti-twist 3/8″-16 and 1/4″-20 accessory threads and interfaces for left/right and rear side brackets. ARRI multi-hex screws are used for mounting the plate on your camera.

The Plate for Sony VENICE 1/2 from ARRI is specifically designed to work with the original VENICE and VENICE 2 digital cinema cameras. This plate is compatible with the BPA-5 Bridge Plate and BSA-1 Broadcast Shoulder Adapters. It provides front and rear 15mm LWS rod supports, enabling you to flesh out your camera rig with rod-mounted accessories.
M4 threads enable you to mount both right and left side brackets, and anti-twist locating pins prevent the plate from skewing when attached to the bottom of the camera.

The BPA-5 Bridge Plate Adapter from ARRI allows you to quickly transfer your camera from a shoulder plate to a cine-style bridge plate such as the BP-8 or BP-9. The adapter is compatible with the plate for the Sony VENICE (available separately).
The Camera Center Handle CCH-4 from ARRI is a sturdy, completely closed camera handle. Compatible with most ARRI top plates for both ARRI and third-party cameras, the CCH-4 features multiple 1/4″-20, M4, and anti-twist 3/8″-16 accessory threads.
The versatile CCH-4 handle offers a choice of three positions for mounting on the ARRI Top Plate for the Sony VENICE. For optimal carrying balance, pair this handle with the separately available Sliding Adapter for the CCH-4.

These options include a NATO rail with an integrated safety release mechanism, as well as the ARRI pin lock (anti-twist accessory mounting system) with 1/4″-20 and 38″-16 threaded mounting holes. The bracket also features the implementation of the ARRI Multi-HEX Screw, which works with either hex 3, 4, 5, or 5/32″ screwdrivers.

Integrate a 19mm rod clamp into your Sony BURANO configuration using this ARRI NRC-1 NATO Rail Clamp. The clamp attaches to any of the BURANO-compatible ARRI side brackets via a NATO rail clamp. It features a single 19mm rod clamp to secure rod-based lens accessories like follow focus motors. The clamp has two integrated thumbscrews to tighten both clamps independently.
The ARRI 15mm Reduction Insert is used to adapt a 19mm rod bracket to accept standard 15mm rods. This insert works with any 19mm rod mount.
The ARRI 15mm LWS Rod Console adds 15mm rod support to your camera rig. This component can be mounted to several ARRI support accessories such as baseplates, top plates and cheese plates. The console can be useful when you want to add extra support for long rods when using a heavy lens or accessory, or to provide rod support in a second location on your camera rig.
This pair of 9″ ARRI Lightweight Support Rods feature lightweight stainless steel construction and are designed to reduce your rig’s weight. Use them with any 15mm-based accessory or bridgeplate.
This ARRI Rear Side Bracket is designed to fit on the rear right side of your Sony BURANO to both protect your camera and provide accessory mounting options. These options include a NATO rail with integrated safety release, as well as the ARRI pin lock system with 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threaded mounting holes. The bracket also features ARRI Multi HEX screws, which attach it to your camera and work with either hex 3, 4, 5, or 5/32″ screwdrivers.
Secure a video transmitter unit to your Sony BURANO camera rig with this ARRI NRC-2 NATO Rail Clamp. The clamp attaches to any of the BURANO-compatible ARRI side brackets via a NATO rail clamp. It features a flat mounting surface with a captive screw to secure your transmitter to. The clamp has a two-part modular design for wide compatibility with most transmitter units.
Use the Rod Mounting Bracket (RMB-3) from ARRI to support a single, standard 19mm rod for mounting a lens motor, lightweight EVF bracket, etc. to your camera or cage rig. When used with a separately available insert, the RMB-3 can be used to support a 15mm rod. A mounted rod is easily secured using the thumb lever on this screw-in bracket.
